Together with the Senegalese singer Woz Kaly (Tour\u00e9 Kunda, Youssou N&#8217;Dour, Mokhtar Samba, Etienne Mbap\u00e9, among others), they present Mamb\u00e9ty&#8217;s masterpiece LE FRANC in a new musical guise.<br><br>Mamb\u00e9ty&#8217;s films are inextricably linked with Dakar. In LE FRANC, Marigo \u2013 a musician \u2013 wants his instrument back that has been confiscated by his spiteful landlady due to rent debts.
