She is co-founder of the Berlin label and platform ALVOZAY and works as a DJ, music curator and cultural worker. In her sets, she mainly presents music by independent artists from Africa and the diasporas. Her sound reflects the diversity and energy of global black music culture. By combining different styles of music &#8211; house, rap, ghetto tech, footwork, R&amp;B, disco, zouk &#8211; Tmnit aims to build a bridge between different genres.
